• 2 large Onions, sliced into rings
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr Steak & Chops Spice
  • 3 tablespoons of Sunflower Oil
  • 500g Beef or Ox Liver
  • 1.5L water
  • 1 Chicken Stock Cube


Heat the oil and fry the onion rings until soft. Cut the liver into strips and season it with the steak & chop spice.

In a separate pan, heat the oil and stir-fry the liver until it is browned or just done. You can add extra sunflower oil if necessary.

Combine the cooked liver strips with onion mixture.
