1) Heat a high sided pan and cook the onions for a few minutes until translucent.
2) While the onions are cooking bring a pan of water to boil and add the pasta. Cook to packet instructions and drain.
3) Add the pilchards, tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Give it a good stir and season to taste.
4) After 10 minutes stir the drained pasta into the sauce and mix.
5) Serve on plates with grated parmesan cheese on top.
