Ingredients

  • A tray of Chicken Wings or Drumsticks
  • 1 1/2Cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1T Soy Sauce
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1tsp Ginger Powder

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the chicken wings or drumsticks in a bowl and pour over the sweet chilli sauce. Add all dry ingredients and massage into the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 30min.
Pour out onto a baking or roasting tray.
Roast for 1 hour, basting often, until sticky and golden.
